At Pure Cleaning Group, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience and that's why we take our shipping policy very seriously. Our shipping policy is as follows:
1. Shipping Methods: We use reliable and trusted shipping carriers to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time. We currently offer standard shipping, which typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery, and expedited shipping, which takes 1-2 business days for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the shipping address. You can view the shipping rates during checkout before placing your order.
3. Processing Time: We strive to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them. However, during busy periods, processing may take up to 72 hours.
4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship within Australia and do not ship to P.O. boxes.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number so you can track your package's progress.
